PROFECT 2:Background Suppression in Deep-tissue Super-resolution Imaging
🧑🏻‍💻ALGORITHM:Affine、K-MEANS
🛠️TOOLS:SOLIDWORKS、CAD、MATLAB、LabVIEW

🔬EXCITATION PATH
Modify the excitation optical path to form two branches, place a DMD in one of them, and register the DMD target plane with the ROI.

🍞SOFTWAREHARDWARE
Develop a LabVIEW program to route the camera’s output trigger signals to the DMD at the hardware level and use an oscilloscope to measure the camera signals, including: A (Global Exposure, Positive), B (Readout End, Positive, width = 0.003), C (High), and D (Low).

⏲︎SYNC CONTROL
Synchronize the camera and DMD signals, with the green curve representing the camera signal and the yellow curve representing the DMD signal. The DMD flips the images upon receiving the rising edge of the camera signal.

🎨IMAGING PROCESSING
First, capture an image under global illumination, then process the image, including binarization, affine transformation, and dilation-based segmentation. Next, load the processed images onto the DMD. During one exposure period, the DMD image remains unchanged. When the camera starts the next exposure, the DMD flips the images.
